Digital neuro-rehabilitation device on a touchscreen tablet
REApad® is a medical application that contributes to the rehabilitation and evaluation of patients with brain injuries. The device consists of medical software for therapeutic exercises and a digital support (touchscreen tablet). Based on scientific evidence, it provides support for patients undergoing long-term rehabilitation at home using a digital tablet.
More specifically, this software corresponds to a platform including serious games and assessment modules enabling continuity of therapy. Rehabilitation can be carried out independently (self-education) thanks to the establishment of a personalised program by the therapist. This comprehensive environment greatly facilitates access to healthcare.

Like a therapeutic suitcase, each therapist can easily appropriate the content of REApad® to provide a tailored and personalised program for each of their patients. The system contains serious games to stimulate practice, repetition and motivation, and greatly increases patient involvement in their own therapy. Moreover, the evaluation module makes it easy to monitor progress over the long term.
REApad® also incorporates an evaluation module in the form of clinical data reports. This module enables the therapist to monitor the patient’s activities on the device and their functional progress. It also provides detailed and useful information on the performance achieved. The reports containing these quantitative data can be easily consulted and downloaded to help with ongoing patient monitoring.

REApad® offers long-term rehabilitation for patients. As effective as with a therapist, self-rehabilitation allows patients to increase the number of rehabilitation sessions compared with conventional therapy. They manage the therapy times, intensity and limits themselves, based on the program developed by their therapist. REApad® is simple to use and easy to learn, so patients will have no trouble getting the most out of their therapy at home.
